User Data Deletion

Jobmadic is provided by Edgemadic, Inc and, in Zambia, by Edgemadic Zambia Limited (Flowmatic Solutions). You can delete your data in any of the following ways. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

If you have a Jobmadic account

1. Sign in and open Settings.
2. Under Danger zone, choose Delete account and confirm.

This deletes your profile, CVs, documents, applications and saved jobs. It also deletes the WhatsApp and Messenger conversations linked to your account, and removes your linked WhatsApp, Messenger and Telegram accounts. It happens immediately. We keep payment records only as long as tax and accounting laws require.

To stop chat notifications without deleting your account, unlink the chat under Settings → Linked accounts.

If you only chatted with us or commented on our Facebook Pages

This applies if you messaged our WhatsApp, Messenger or Telegram assistant, or commented on a Jobmadic Facebook Page, without creating a Jobmadic account. Send the request below. We will find your conversations and comments, delete them, and confirm within 30 days.

• For WhatsApp, give the number you messaged us from.
• For Messenger or comments, give your name exactly as it appears on Facebook.
• For Telegram, give your Telegram username.

Your own copy in WhatsApp, Messenger or Telegram stays in that app. You can also delete your comments yourself on Facebook at any time.

If you removed our app from your Facebook account

When you remove the Jobmadic app in your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites), Facebook tells us, and we delete the information we received through the app within 30 days. Facebook shows you a confirmation code, which you can enter below to check progress.
