Role Overview
Position: Assistant Aftersales Service Manager
Reports to: Aftersales Manager
Job Purpose: Assist the Aftersales Manager in managing workshop operations.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanics; degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or Auto Electrical is an advantage.
- At least ten years' experience in a similar or supervisory role.
- Familiarity with Chinese makes of various machinery.
- Strong mechanical technical knowledge.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Compulsory Requirements
- Applicants must be registered and active members of their respective professional bodies, where applicable.
- Qualifications must be validated by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).
