Qualifications
- Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies (CIPS)
- Three years of relevant experience
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, issue and deliver stock
- Store and organise stock
- Track stock levels and advise on re-ordering
- Update bin cards
- Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRNs) for payment
- Process purchase requisitions
- Reconcile delivery notes with purchase orders
- Carry out periodic stock-taking
- Advise management on slow-moving and obsolete items
- Maintain accurate records
- Prepare supplies reports
