Qualifications

• Grade Twelve (12) Certificate.
• Certificate in Hotel Management or related hospitality courses.
• Driver's licence is an added advantage.
• Open to both male and female applicants.

Duties

• Manage bar operations.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Monitor bar inventory.
• Create a diverse range of cocktails.
• Engage with clients in a friendly and attentive manner.
• Ensure proper cleanliness and functioning of bar equipment.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately.
• Maintain accountability for cash and reconcile at the end of the shift.

General Requirements

• Must be a Zambian citizen.
• Minimum age of 25 years.
• Hardworking, honest, responsible and professional.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
