• Branch operations and administration
• Sales and business development
• Loan processing and compliance
• Loan repayments and collections
• Staff supervision and performance management
• Reporting and performance analysis

• Risk management and internal controls
• Communication and management support

Key Responsibilities – Finance Intern

• Bank reconciliation
• Collections
• Administrative support

Requirements – Branch Coordinator

• Applicants must reside in the town they are applying to work in, either Solwezi or Mpongwe
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a microfinance institution or financial services environment, is an added advantage
• Strong organisational, communication and supervisory skills
• Ability to monitor branch performance, coordinate daily operations, and support sales and loan collection activities
• Must be results-oriented, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
