The Malawi Institute of Tourism (MIT) in Lilongwe is seeking to recruit a Chef to join its team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing food
- Cleaning utensils and equipment
- Ordering foodstuffs
- Receiving and storing ordered foodstuffs
- Up-selling prepared products and services
- Receiving customers' orders from waiters
- Preparing sales summaries
- Certifying food before serving
Knowledge and Experience
- Certificate in Food Production
- Three (3) years of working experience

- Lilongwe, Malawi
