CHEF

Mika Lodge Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join its team as a CHEF.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present quality meals in line with established standards.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Ensure proper food storage and minimise wastage.
• Monitor kitchen stock and report shortages.
• Ensure timely preparation and service of meals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Certificate or Diploma in Food Production/Culinary Arts.
• Relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Reporting Line

• Reports to the Sous Chef.
