Depot Clerks

RAB Processors Limited is hiring Depot Clerks for its Lilongwe Branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate depot stock and transaction records.
• Assist with receiving, issuing, and dispatching stock.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Prepare daily operational and stock reports.
• Support sales documentation and order processing.
• Ensure proper filing and compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Minimum Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, warehousing, and accounting is an added advantage.
• Good organizational, communication, and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in remote areas across Malawi, particularly in the Central Region.
