Design Leader (Senior Designer)

Corporate Graphics is looking for a talented, hands-on senior designer to join their team as a Design Leader (Senior Designer). The ideal candidate has produced strong creative work for established brands across print, digital and outdoor media, and can take briefs from concept to finished artwork while helping other designers improve.

What you will do

• Turn briefs into strong creative concepts.
• Lead major campaigns and brand identities.
• Take work through to production-ready artwork.
• Guide junior and mid-level designers.
• Present and defend creative work.
• Manage multiple briefs and deadlines without compromising quality.

What you will bring

• 5+ years' experience working in an agency or structured creative environment.
• Experience working on major brands, with a portfolio to demonstrate it.
• Expertise in the Adobe Suite and knowledge of print production.
• Proven hands-on use of AI in creative work.
• Strong conceptual thinking, including ideas, layout, typography and brand design.
• Motion design skills (a bonus, not a requirement).
