EXPERIENCED CUSTOMS CLERKS

PointPin View Logistics Limited is looking for highly experienced and computer-proficient Customs Clerks to join our growing customs clearing and logistics operations in Lusaka, Zambia.

We are specifically looking for candidates with strong practical ASYCUDA experience who can work efficiently, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Processing customs declarations and transit entries using ASYCUDA
• Preparing and verifying customs documentation
• Handling transit clearance procedures and related customs processes
• Ensuring accurate data capture and submission of declarations
• Following up on customs entries and clearance processes
• Coordinating with ZRA, transporters, clients, and other stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate electronic records and documentation
• Supporting the Customs Manager with daily clearance operations

🔹 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Customs Clerk/Customs Declarant
• Strong practical knowledge of ASYCUDAWorld
• Experience with transit declarations and customs clearance
• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience with a customs clearing or freight forwarding company is an advantage
