Head of Information Security Risk

Educational Background and Professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk Management or a closely related discipline.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in cyber/information security, technology risk, IT audit or operational risk, including at least three years in a supervisory or management capacity; banking experience strongly preferred.
• Professional certification such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CISA or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer; additional relevant certifications are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Cyber and information security risk governance.
• Risk assessments and control effectiveness.
• Vulnerability, threat and remediation oversight.
• Incident risk, resilience and recovery oversight.
• Third-party, outsourcing and data risk.
• Regulatory, assurance and governance reporting.
• Risk culture and capability.
