Human Resource Assistant & Safety Officer

• Location: Mufulira
• Salary: K5,000 – K8,000 (Human Resource Assistant); K8,000 – K12,000 (Safety Officer)
• Experience: 1–3 years (Human Resource Assistant); 3–5 years (Safety Officer)

Requirements – Human Resource Assistant

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Must be a registered ZIHRM member.
• Academic qualifications must be ZAQA verified.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of Zambian labour laws.

Requirements – Safety Officer

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• Academic qualifications must be ZAQA verified.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
• Experience in risk assessments, safety inspections and incident investigations.
• Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
