NTEMBA24 is seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee recruitment, staff management, employee relations, performance, and HR operations across its stores in Lusaka, Zambia.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of Zambian labour laws.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- ZIHRM membership is an added advantage.
