Role Overview

Position: Marketing Supervisor

Reports to: Sales and Marketing Director

Job Purpose: Plan marketing activities, advertising, exhibitions and digital marketing to generate sales.

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related field from a recognised institution.
• Knowledge of modern marketing trends and digital marketing.
• Ability to develop marketing strategies, advertising ideas and marketing budgets.
• At least three years' experience in a similar position.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good written and spoken English, interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and inquisitiveness.

Compulsory Requirements

• Applicants must be registered and active members of their respective professional bodies, where applicable.
• Qualifications must be validated by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).
