1. Facility / Operations Supervisor

Minimum Requirements - Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management or a related field - At least 2 years' relevant supervisory or management experience, preferably in hospitality or accommodation operations - Strong leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of operational planning, staff supervision, customer service and basic financial management - Ability to coordinate daily operations and maintain high service standards

Key Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility - Supervise staff and coordinate departmental activities - Ensure excellent guest experience and service delivery - Monitor maintenance, supplies, cleanliness and operational costs - Prepare operational reports and implement management directives

2. Guest Relations & Reservations Officer (Receptionist)

Minimum Requirements - Grade 12 certificate - Certificate or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Customer Service or Business Administration is an advantage - Previous experience in reception, reservations or customer service is an added advantage - Excellent communication, telephone, computer and interpersonal skills - Professional appearance, welcoming attitude and ability to handle guest enquiries courteously

Key Responsibilities - Handle guest enquiries, bookings and reservations - Manage check-in and check-out procedures - Maintain accurate guest and reservation records - Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally - Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

3. Housekeeping Attendant

Minimum Requirements - Grade 12 certificate preferred - Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage - Good attention to detail and knowledge of hygiene and cleaning standards - Honest, reliable, organised and respectful of guest privacy - Ability to perform routine physical duties

Key Responsibilities - Clean and prepare apartments and rooms for guests - Change bed linen and replenish toiletries and supplies - Maintain cleanliness in common areas - Report maintenance issues, damaged items or missing supplies - Ensure rooms and apartments meet the required cleanliness standards

4. Maintenance & Grounds Attendant

Minimum Requirements - Grade 12 certificate - Practical skills or training in plumbing, electrical work, general maintenance, gardening or related fields is an advantage - Previous maintenance or groundskeeping experience is desirable - Good problem-solving skills and attention to safety - Ability to perform minor repairs and routine property inspections

Key Responsibilities - Conduct routine inspections of the property and equipment - Perform minor repairs within their level of competence - Maintain gardens, lawns and outdoor spaces - Monitor utilities and report faults promptly - Ensure the facility remains safe, functional and presentable

5. Marketing Officer

Minimum Requirements - Certificate or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field - Experience in digital marketing, social media management or promotions - Good writing, communication and creative skills - Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation - Ability to develop marketing campaigns and attract customers

Key Responsibilities - Promote the apartments and their services - Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities - Develop promotional content and campaigns - Identify business development and partnership opportunities - Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports

6. Security Personnel

Minimum Requirements - Grade 12 certificate preferred - Previous security experience or relevant training is an advantage - Good observation, communication and reporting skills - High level of discipline, honesty and alertness - Ability to follow security procedures and respond appropriately to incidents

Key Responsibilities - Control access to the premises - Conduct routine patrols and monitor the property - Maintain visitor and incident registers - Protect guests, staff and company property - Report suspicious activities and security incidents promptly

7. Bartender

Minimum Requirements - Grade 12 certificate - Previous experience as a bartender or in a bar environment is an advantage - Knowledge of beverage service, stock handling and basic drink preparation - Good customer service and communication skills - Honest, presentable, organised and able to work under pressure - Ability to work shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays where required

Key Responsibilities - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar - Monitor beverage stock and report shortages - Handle customer orders professionally - Follow responsible beverage service and cash-handling procedures

8. Chef

Minimum Requirements - Grade 12 certificate - Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production or a related field is an advantage - Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel or similar kitchen environment - Knowledge of food preparation, presentation, kitchen hygiene and food safety - Ability to prepare a variety of meals consistently and work under pressure - Creativity, discipline and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities - Prepare and cook meals according to the establishment's menu and standards - Maintain food quality, taste and presentation - Ensure proper food storage and kitchen hygiene - Monitor kitchen stock and minimise food wastage - Follow food safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment

9. Waiter

Minimum Requirements - Grade 12 certificate - Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service is an advantage - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good personal presentation, patience and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a busy restaurant environment

Key Responsibilities - Welcome and attend to guests - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally - Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas - Communicate guest requests to the kitchen and bar - Ensure guests receive excellent customer service throughout their visit
