Multiple Positions

People Over Politics Foundation (PoPF) is seeking qualified and experienced candidates to fill 4 positions in Malawi under the role "Multiple Positions".

1. Executive Director

Reports to: Board of Trustees

Requirements - Master's degree in International Development, Development Studies, Strategic Management, Education, Project Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or a related field - At least 8 years' experience with an NGO at senior management level - Class driver's licence - Proficient in Microsoft Office

2. Program Manager

Reports to: Executive Director

Requirements - Master's degree in a related field - At least 5 years' experience at management level in an NGO, with a proven record of managing donor-funded projects - Class driver's licence - Proficient in Microsoft Office

3. Finance and Administration Manager

Reports to: Executive Director

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master's degree is an advantage - A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or CIMA is an advantage - At least 5 years' management experience in an NGO, with a proven record of managing donor funds and grants - Knowledge of accounting packages - Class driver's licence - Proficient in Microsoft Office

4. Receptionist and Office Assistant

Reports to: Finance and Administration Manager

Requirements - Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) with a credit in English - A diploma in a relevant field is an advantage - At least 2 years' experience in a similar position
