We are hiring for Multiple Vacancies: Restaurant Manager, Barista / Waiter & Retail Sales Assistant to join hospitality and retail teams in Lusaka.

Restaurant Manager

• Location: Ibex Hill (applicants must reside in Ibex Hill or the immediate surrounding areas).
• Duties: Manage daily cafe and restaurant operations, supervise and schedule staff, oversee stock and POS cash-ups, and maintain high standards of customer service and hygiene.
• Requirements: Strong leadership and organisational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with POS/inventory systems. Previous management experience in a restaurant or cafe is an added advantage.

Barista / Waiter

• Location: Ibex Hill (applicants must reside in Ibex Hill or the immediate surrounding areas).
• Duties: Prepare specialty coffees and beverages, welcome guests, take accurate orders, serve tables promptly, and keep the coffee bar and dining area clean.
• Requirements: Friendly personality, neat appearance, and good communication skills. Prior experience as a barista or waiter is an added advantage.

Retail Sales Assistant (Jewelry Store)

• Location: Woodlands (applicants must reside in Woodlands, Chilenje, or within easy commuting distance).
• Duties: Assist customers with selecting jewelry, maintain neat and secure showroom displays, process daily sales, and assist with stock counts.
• Requirements:
• Applicants must be female and under the age of 25.
• Presentable, trustworthy, and polite, with good communication skills.
• Basic smart-device and computer skills.
• Previous retail or sales experience is an added advantage.
