Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Ardent Nexus Lodge & Restaurant is seeking three honest, disciplined, proactive and results-oriented Operations Supervisors to oversee daily lodge and restaurant operations. Successful candidates must be excellent multitaskers, capable of working effectively under pressure, managing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and coordinate daily operations.
• Ensure excellent guest service and room readiness.
• Oversee cash handling, stock control and recordkeeping.
• Monitor security, maintenance and company assets.
• Prepare operational reports and ensure staff accountability.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in a business-related field, with ZAQA authentication.
• Grade 12 Certificate with credit or better in English and Mathematics, with ZAQA authentication.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems and deliver results under pressure.
• Relevant supervisory experience and computer literacy are added advantages.
• Must be based in Kabwe or willing to relocate, and provide traceable references.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Monthly salary: ZMW 5,000.
• Data bundle allowance.
• Talk-time allowance.
