KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Targets & Customer Acquisition
- Customer Retention & Relationships
- Portfolio Growth & Quality
- Quality Loan Applications
- Compliance with Lending Policies
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Microfinance Institution (MFI)
- Proven sales & portfolio management experience
- Strong analytical skills
