Recoveries Manager

Richmond is seeking a Recoveries Manager to join its Head Office team in Lusaka, Zambia, on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recoveries pipeline across all branches.
• Prepare account files and coordinate legal recovery actions.
• Oversee the repossession of secured assets, including valuation, storage, and sale.
• Lead the Recoveries Team and submit monthly performance reports to management.
