Restaurant Supervisor.

Cresta Hotels, a leading hospitality group in Southern Africa, is inviting applications for a Restaurant Supervisor to join its team in Harare. The role is responsible for overseeing restaurant operations to increase sales while maintaining the comfort and safety of guests and staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Increase sales to in-house and non-hotel resident guests
• Coordinate all restaurant activities at the hotel
• Manage restaurant costs in line with budget
• Manage all restaurant inventory
• Supervise and train all restaurant staff at the hotel
• Ensure adherence to Food and Beverage standard operating procedures
• Ensure maintenance of restaurant hygiene standards
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma/HND in Tourism and Hospitality Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) terminals and inventory management software
