Sales Consultant

We are looking for disciplined, ambitious, and hardworking young individuals who have completed O Level or A Level and are eager to build a career in sales, customer solutions, and business development. This structured training position for a Sales Consultant is designed to develop future sales professionals through hands-on field exposure, product knowledge development, customer engagement, and performance-based growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers
• Present and explain technical products or services to clients
• Assist in generating leads and following up on prospects
• Support product demonstrations and customer presentations
• Help customers understand product features, benefits, and practical use
• Maintain customer records in sales/CRM systems
• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports
• Support senior technical sales representatives in meetings and field activities
• Handle basic customer inquiries, objections, and technical questions
• Assist in providing suitable product recommendations based on customer needs
• Ensure customer satisfaction and relationship building
• Follow documented sales SOPs, technical procedures, and performance targets
• Attend internal product, technical, and sales training sessions

Qualifications and Experience

• O Level, A Level, diploma, degree, or other relevant qualifications/experience will be considered
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in approaching customers and building relationships
• Self-motivated, organised, and target-oriented
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records
• Previous sales experience is an advantage
