Sales Lead – Pasta

Job Overview

National Milling Corporation Limited is seeking a Sales Lead to drive growth of its pasta business across Zambia, based at Lilayi Head Office, Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pasta sales growth and distribution nationwide.
• Build and manage distributor and key account relationships.
• Drive listings, promotions and in-store execution.
• Manage pricing, forecasting and market expansion.
• Provide market intelligence and commercial insights.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum five years' FMCG sales experience.
• Strong experience in modern trade and distributor management.
• Excellent negotiation, forecasting and analytical skills.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.
