Role Overview

Position: Sales Manager – Agro Machinery

Reports to: Sales and Marketing Director

Job Purpose: Attend to customers, offer technical advice, supervise the team and generate sales.

Requirements

• Diploma in Agricultural Engineering or higher; alternatively a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution.
• Good customer service skills.
• At least five years' experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good comprehension, enthusiasm, discipline, self-motivation, strong work ethic and delivery focus; able to work alone or in a team.

Compulsory Requirements

• Applicants must be registered and active members of their respective professional bodies, where applicable.
• Qualifications must be validated by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).
