Sales Rep

Our company is growing and is looking for a motivated Sales Rep to join our team in the construction sector.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect for new construction clients and projects
• Generate leads and secure appointments with potential clients
• Visit construction sites, developers and property owners
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable construction solutions
• Present and promote the company's construction services
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close profitable sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Generate repeat business and referrals from existing clients
• Meet monthly sales targets and submit sales reports

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in a business-related course
• Driver's licence
• A provable track record of sales ability
