Qualifications and Requirements

Grade 12 Certificate.
Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales, wholesale, distribution or field sales.
Proven track record in lead generation, customer acquisition, sales conversion and achievement of sales targets.
Experience selling agricultural inputs, FMCG products or related products will be an added advantage.
Experience dealing with retailers, agro-dealers, commercial farms, institutions or corporate customers is desirable.
Good understanding of B2B sales processes, customer account management and commercial negotiations.
Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using CRM or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
A valid driving licence will be an advantage.
Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
