Role Overview
Position: Sales Supervisor
Advertised openings: 3
Reports to: Sales and Marketing Director
Job Purpose: Provide technical advice to customers, supervise the team and generate sales.
Requirements
- Diploma in Agricultural Engineering or higher; alternatively a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution.
- Good customer service skills.
- At least three years' experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good comprehension, enthusiasm, discipline, self-motivation and teamworking ability.
Compulsory Requirements
- Applicants must be registered and active members of their respective professional bodies, where applicable.
- Qualifications must be validated by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).
