Security Guard

Nkhamenya Community Hospital, a Catholic health facility of Mzuzu Diocese, is recruiting for the following position.

Security Guard (Grade R)

Duties

• Guard hospital premises and control entry and exit points
• Conduct regular patrols to prevent theft, vandalism and unauthorized access
• Monitor visitors and ensure compliance with hospital security rules
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
• Record incidents, visitor movements and daily security activities
• Assist staff and visitors with directions and general safety concerns
• Enforce hospital rules, especially after visiting hours
• Work closely with local law enforcers when required

Qualifications and Requirements

• A full MSCE with 6 credits
• Be a practicing Christian
• At least 2 years' experience in the post being applied for
• A traceable record
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Remuneration

• A competitive remuneration package in line with the Government of Malawi Salary Scale will be offered to successful candidates
