Sound and Music Sytem Operator

Fransalian Education Mission is seeking a Sound and Music Sytem Operator to be placed at Colin B Glassco Primary School.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Strong knowledge of sound and music systems
• Proficiency in at least one audio recording and editing software
• Good understanding of different types of speakers and microphones
• Sound knowledge of music recording and editing
• Ability to set up and operate sound and music systems for concerts and programmes
• Strong ability to operate speakers, amplifiers, mixers, crossovers and related equipment
• Knowledge and skill in sound engineering

Regular Duties

• Set up and operate the sound and music system daily for assembly, prayers and similar activities
• Record and edit music, and assist teachers in this area
• Set up and operate the sound system for school programmes

Qualifications Needed

• Grade 12 pass with 6 credits
• Certificate or Diploma in Sound Engineering
• Good English speaking skills
