Role Overview
Position: Technician – General / Heavy-Duty Mechanics
Advertised openings: 6
Reports to: Aftersales Manager
Job Purpose: Assemble machinery and undertake repair, installation and field servicing. Specify branch when applying.
Requirements
- Craft Certificate or Diploma in Heavy-Duty Mechanics.
- At least five years' experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Chinese makes of front-end loaders, excavators, bulldozers, graders, compactors, tractors and other machinery.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Compulsory Requirements
- Applicants must be registered and active members of their respective professional bodies, where applicable.
- Qualifications must be validated by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).
