Tools & Automotive Sales Consultant

Build Africa is Malawi's megastore brand offering a wide range of hardware and homeware supplies. The company is seeking a qualified and competent Tools & Automotive Sales Consultant to join its team in Blantyre.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice.
• Promote and sell tools and automotive products.
• Maintain excellent product displays and merchandising standards.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked and products are properly priced.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to departmental performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
• Previous experience in retail sales is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of tools and automotive products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Honest, proactive, organised and a good team player.
