Warehouse Supervisor

Rab Processors Ltd is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for its Lilongwe branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and staff.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of inventory.
• Ensure accurate stock control and timely reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Monitor stock movement and maintain proper inventory records.
• Optimise warehouse space utilisation and operational efficiency.
• Enforce warehouse safety, security and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with logistics, production and procurement teams.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Minimum Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
• At least two years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics.
• Good leadership, team management and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
